Bouncing for Babies
Ladies I know I’m not the only one who is so done with being pregnant and hoping that the full moon this weekend will help get things started!! So in the meantime I propose we start a movement called Bouncing for Babies. Everybody get on your exercise balls and lets bounce these babies out lol. If you don’t have a ball to bounce on you can dance or do some lunges or squats. Whatever you need to do to get things moving in the right direction!! Just change the name from Bouncing to whatever it is you are trying 😆 So put on some music, relax and have fun!! Anything to ease the discomforts of the end of our pregnancy journeys right??
