Hip pain

Holy crap my left hip feels completely out of place!!!! We went shopping today, went to a few stores, so did lots of walking. Then hubby and I went out for our anniversary dinner. I was exhausted, so I plopped down on the couch. It’s been about 10 minutes, and I am in so much pain. I can’t not move with our feeling like my hip is going to snap off and it puts me in tears. I’ll be 30 weeks tomorrow and nothing is helping. Support belts and wraps haven’t worked. Ice and heat don’t do anything. Tylenol doesn’t even help. My doctor can’t figure out the problem, just that I had this with my first and it only went away after delivery.
