Options😶

How many of you have had your doctor give you 3 options on how to deal with your misscarriage? My doctor gave me 3 options. 1 let my body pass the baby😔 2 take the pill to make my body pass the baby😣or 3 A D&C.; I feel like I took the easy/cowards way out. I decided to go with the D&C;😢. I'm just wondering if my doctor is different and gave me 3 options.
