what are you doing in terms of exercising and eating habits besides just calorie cutting? caloric count on its own means nothing if your not eating the proper foods in the proper timeframe and in order to lose weight you have to burn more calories than what your consuming

So I’m trying to lose a little weight. My current weight is 155 lbs,
My goal weight is 130.
I set up a MyFitnessPal account, and my calorie limit is 1,580 calories to lose 1 pound per week. I’ve been eating under that goal for about a month now and I’ve lost almost nothing. I’ve been bouncing between 155 and 151 pounds
Can anyone tell me why I’m not losing weight? How do YOU guys lose weight? I’m just having trouble doing so.
