pads?

so i play volleyball and i was  wondering if i can still wear pads while playing bc i wondered if others would notice i’m wearing a pad or not... please comment your thoughts!! not exactly thinking about wearing tampons just yet :/

I wouldn’t go with a pad if your wearing your volleyball shorts. You can often see the outline of it, especially if it’s more than just a panty liner.

I agree with Katie, wear looser sorts so you can’t see the outline of the pad. Do not wear tampons if you’re not ready!

I played volleyball all through elementary school all through middle school and all through high school and I never wore pads because you could see them through spandex wear tampons and if you’re afraid you’re going to bleed more wear bigger tampons. I now play for fun at a country club and I still don’t wear pads!
