Asymmetrical breast

I’m 18 and ever since I started growing breast my left one has been significantly smaller than my right one. They feel normal and there isn’t any lumps or anything. My mom said to wait that they will even out but I’ve been waiting since I was 13! I don’t know if something is wrong with them or if I can even fix them since I’m young. It’s really taking a toll on me. You can’t tell looking at me because the beauty of bras but I don’t feel confident or sexy :/ Does anyone else have the same problem? What can I do because I’m kinda tired of it?
