are you afraid of growing/looking old ?

I am so afraid to get old because I want my spouse to be attracted to me and only me forever. I know--unrealistic.  but how do you ladies cope with aging ? I feel like men get better as they age and women get worse :(

My husband constantly tells me I'm getting better looking as I age which helps a lot. Granted I'm only in my early 30's but still. But I'm also looking forward to us aging together. We met when we were young and fresh and it's been exciting for us to transition from teen/ early 20's to whee we are now.

This has always been one of my biggest fears. I guess we just have to accept it and be confident in ourselves no matter how much age changes us :(((((

I know exactly how you feel! But he only way to deal with it is to accept it . Plus you're only as young as you feel so just focus on being healthy and doing young active things.

ladies, don't be afraid of gettin old or looking old or getting wrinkled. age is only a nunber and yes we may eventually loose some elasticity in our skin and not feel or look as vibrant as we used to but take care of your skin and hair. most importantly, the insides if our bodies. don't drink to much (will lead to a not so great liver and age your skin, if you smoke (sadly) you will wrinkle faster, too... But honestly. there is only so much we can do, gravity and the air we breath ages us! ... But don't be alarmed. everyone gets old but at the same time rock it your way! And if you can still pull off a certain look at age 30 or 40+, freaking do it! who cares! be amazing, be you and at the end of the day.. you will know that the people around you still love you, with or without wrinkles and an ageing body, because guess What? ... they will get there too if they arnt already!  - love your self regardless of your age or appearance. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL AT EVERY AGE ❤
