So much bloat at 4 weeks!

I’m only 4 weeks and I’m bloated almost all the time already and my jeans have to be unzipped the most of the day. Is this normal at only 4 weeks?! 😮 it looks like I’m big but my stomach isn’t flat at all normally anyway.
