Ammenorhea sufferer
hi ladies, my last period was last December .. I am taking 1000mg of metformin a day, now I am taking Swanson chasteberry (vitex) last 2weeks ago .. I'm glad coz I never had an unusual feeling in taking vitex supplement.. But days after, I suddenly feel very nauseous throughout the day, tired all day, I feel like I want to eat a lot and my head is slightly aching.. Is this just the side effects of the vitex? anyone had the same experience here?
