Too big too soon?

I'm 16 weeks today and my folks asked for a bump picture and I sent one and my dad and step mom said I look a lot bigger than they expected...am I weird for feeling kind of offended by that?

Maybe you're being a tad sensitive but it's completely understandable. And remember it's better then someone asking you if you're pregnant when your not!. ♡ lol.

I'm 11 weeks and my step mom constantly makes comments on how big I am and makes me feel like a whale. I feel like it's mostly just bloat right now but still makes me feel bad your not alone don't listen to them it's not there body or baby 👍🏻😊

Not weird at all! I was completely offended when I proudly showed off my growing little 14 week bump to my mom and she insisted that I was just eating too much (in reality I was losing weight due to morning sickness)! I just wanted her to be as excited as I was and it was heartbreaking she didn't share my joy. I know I'm just a stranger and my opinion won't hold the same weight but I think your bump is beautiful!!!

You're not weird, and I dont think you look "big" for youre stage. People are annoying and unfortunately you're gonna have to get used to it because people are always gonna have something to say. Too big too small. Efff.

I had posted a picture of myself 13 weeks on social media and when I saw someone I knew in public they asked if it was real. I was offended, of course it's real I felt like she was trying to tell me maybe I'm just getting fat. When I really haven't gained much at all. People are just rude sometimes.

I honestly don't think most people have any idea how big a woman should be at which stage. Anything more than flat-bellied is "huge." I'm 23 weeks and I'm pretty sure my husband's family thinks I'm going to explode at any second.
