Ive been having a increased amount of creamy white discharge and my stomach is bloated and I have been cramping, anyone know what this is? The s/o and I do have a lot of unprotected

Like ive had spotting here and there but nothing major and my boob's are super sore and my stomach just feels like ive been round house kicked lol

From what I've researched creamy white discharge usually means your ovulating or if it continues up to when it's time to start your period could mean you've conceived I don't wanna get your hopes up or anything but I used to have the ovia fertility app and whenever I would log creamy white discharge that's what it would tell me
