34 ttc baby number one

I am 34 year old . Ttc baby number one . Eight months of charting period but only third month of trying to get pregnant . Using opk and cm tracking.
Wish I had a poundfor every time someone told me “ don’t try and it will happen “ or “ don’t stress”.
