Breast tenderness

Sarah. • 3.5 years +ttc . Started IVF uk dec 2019. Failed FET July 2020. Succussfuk FeT October 2020 . Pregnant with 1st baby boy 🥰

I have prominent blue veins and tenderness to only my left breast . Is this a possible pregnancy symptom or af ? Should breast soreness be in both ???
