Pregnancy??

I take my birth control everyday around the same time. I just got into a relationship again recently & we have been having sex like 3 times a day, but I have been spotting after sex, & I looked it up & said it could be an STI, I got checked & he got checked for all of that, so that’s not an option. My period is supposed to be next Sunday, I took a pregnancy test today though since I’ve been having a couple of pregnancy symptoms, like spotting, mood swings, etc. It came back negative. I’m still kind of uneasy about it, thinking I’m pregnant. Any opinions or advice.
