So, last Tuesday I went to my dr to confirm my pregnancy, it was confirmed (YAY)

My dr, my OB Dr who is not an ultrasound tech, decided she wanted to do a quick scan to make sure everything was okay and in the right place. Well, my “Sac” measured out to be 7w1d. (This was all she found btw — an empty sac) she did this scan abdominally.

How exciting :)

We left and I just had this feeling something was not right, AT ALL. I kept telling my husband something is wrong, there should of been a baby there. I was having cramps and pressure down in my pelvic area so I knew something was wrong. I told him either This is a miscarriage or I’m earlier than they are measuring me out to be. I ovulated 2 weeks later than I was supposed too, btw.

A week later —

I schedule an appointment to see an actual appointment ultrasound tech in town to get a second opinion. She couldn’t find no sac. At this point I’m slowly freaking out and wanting to just bust off the table and run away. She wanted to see the ultrasound my dr took.....

Y’all....

My dr measured my damn bladder! MY BLADDER IS 7w1d pregnant! 🙄🙄🙄🙄 so this tech was about to tell me she thinks I lost the baby, but thankfully she didn’t give up, she found our little tiny sac in the making. Turns out I’m only 3-4 weeks pregnant! No wonder I haven’t “felt” pregnant. I felt soooooo much better knowing I’m earlier in the pregnancy than I thought and it explains so much.

You know your body, if you feel something is off go get a second opinion!
