Has anyone experienced this ?

I’m 32 weeks and lately I been having hot flashes, dizziness, and nausea ( I literally feel like l’m going to faint) . Could this be a sign of preterm labor. Should I go to the hospital ? Btw this is my first baby

I would go for a checkup. It could be your blood pressure fluctuation. But don't worry, this usually doesn't point to labor.

I was feeling the same way, turned out I wasn’t drinking enough water and had low iron. Also its been helping to switch positions every 30 min or so, whether that’s going from standing to sitting or switching is I’m sitting, this helps to keep blood from pooling in your legs and making you feel lightheaded. This happened to me when I was around 28 weeks for two reasons...
The baby had turned from breach into head down position
I had very low iron levels 
I’d speak to your midwife about getting some iron tablets.

Have you tried upping your water intake? 
You should be drinking about a gallon of water a day and adding in some electrolytes like from pedilyte or propel water . 
But you’ve got a lot of extra blood in your body right now so it can be common to feel those things sometimes, but always talk to your dr when you’re concerned about new symptoms!
