My husband doesn’t kiss me

My husband doesn’t kiss me when we have sex. Actually, the only time he does kiss me is when one of us is leaving for work. I mentioned that it bothers me. Sex is intimate and it really bothers me that he won’t kiss me.

We got a new puppy about 3 months ago and he blames it on that. Ralph, our puppy, sleeps in the bed with us. We put him in the floor when we want to have sex and sometimes he’ll bark or jump towards the bed. My husband says that he feels rushed when we have sex and that he doesn’t have time to kiss me.

Am I wrong for being mad? I mean I know it’s not easy to have sex with a dog wanting in the bed but all I want is to be kissed. I don’t think that’s asking too much.
