Insomnia at 7 weeks?

7 weeks pregnant and it seems anytime I wake up in the night to pee I can not get back to sleep for hours after. My mind is just soooo awake. I normally eat a little cereal then lay awake for a couple hours then sleep for an hour or so more before work. Anyone else?

I've been doing this deep breathing and that soothes me enough to allow me to fall back asleep most nights. The trick is to concentrate only on the breathing, then it pushes everything else out of your head.

Im experiencing the same thing, i can not stay sleep for long periods of time whatsoever and i am now 7 weeks and 2days. My mind is constantly racing and i find myself tossing and turning all through the night.
