What is up with him?

There’s a guy from my university that has been trying to get my attention and here’s how:

He’ll add me on instagram, then he’ll unfollow me and does the whole adding/unadding thing all over again. (It’s happened more than 3 times)

He then messaged me from a random account asking me for my number and SC .. the adding/unadding thing then started on SC too LOL

We text randomly and he’ll say he wants to hangout and when I say “yes” he suddenly cancels but I see him around campus wandering around.. hm?

He’s asked to hang out a couple of times then cancels every time.

Yesterday, he messaged me asking about my spring break and I told him I was planning on going to another city (I didn’t invite him nor imply I wanted to go with him LOL) and he said “well, tbh I want to get to know someone before I go on an adventure” then I changed then subject asking about what he’s done while he’s on break & he leaves me on read.

He’ll Snapchat me a picture of himself and when I reply he’ll just open it.

I never message him first or try to get his attention I just respond to him but I’m annoyed bc I don’t understand why he’s doing this?

We’re both 22, it’s our last year of University soon and I don’t underhand these games?

Any ideas to why hes doing this ladies?
