22 weeks = how many months?

so family member through me off by saying i am four months pregnant but i am thinking i am five months and just about to hit six months. I am due wiith a little girl Aug 1st. so am i correct. plus she is a older women about her 50's. Thanks

it kinda depends.. I'm due on Aug 12, on April 12th I'll be 4 months from my due date. So today I guess I'm not quite 5 months... if you're during Aug 1st then you're exactly 4 months till your due date and today would you 5 full month... does that make sense?
You can't really say that 20 weeks is 5 months because February is the only moth that actually has 4 weeks.. most have a few extra days which changes it. I consider 20 weeks 4.5 months because its half to your 9 months.

I’m also 22 weeks and I say I’m “in my sixth month”. I think technically I’m five months completed, going on six?

It’s one of those things that everyone’s got a different opinion on. For me, until you are out of the first month of pregnancy - you are not 1 month pregnant, for example - you are 3 wks. 
If you are 5 wks, you are 1 month and 1 week - not 2 months. 
It’s the same way you would count anything else; until you are fully thru it you are only a fraction/decimal. Like right now I am 34 years old, I won’t say I’m 35 until my birthday. Just like you don’t say your 9 mon old is 1 year.
