Hungry? I wish!

I got my period two days ago and for some reason since the day before it started I have little to no appetite. It’s confusing because it’s never happened to me before ever! I usually only get cramps and mood swings so the appetite thing is confusing. I’ve also had such a fuzzy head and been very spacey all last week and today. It’s difficult to hold a conversation bc I can’t remember what I wanted to say next. Anyone else get these symptoms? Is this weird? I have an IUD too btw if that helps
