So bad! Sometimes I can’t even move! I’ll get stuck in a position or can’t get up or have to limp in pain!

Epsom salt baths, hot pack, and belly band are the only reason I'm still able to walk I swear 😅

I'm 22weeks and lately I've been getting this needle point stabbing pain on my right lower back beside my spine. I'll just be standing or walking and suddenly it's so painful I need to grab onto something immediately or I'll fall

My lower back is absolutely miserable...my daughter sits really low, and far back so it’s terrible. The best way to describe it is that my hips feel wobbly..,last pregnancy it started extremely early for me at about 14 weeks, so I was thankful it waited a little longer this time...I started noticing it around 19 weeks this time around.

Yes sooo bad!! I drove to visit my mom this weekend (5 & a half hours) and sitting in the car for that long was hell on my back! 😩
