9 month old breaking out?

I’m not sure what this is.. It looks like little pimples all over her arms and legs and face. I have them on my arm and on my upper thigh, have had it my whole life. I’m not sure what it is, if she has what I have and is something that can be cured for both of us, or if hers is something completely different.. it’s not bothering her, I’m just curious. The doctor thought eczema when they first started, but it doesn’t exactly look like it to me. Anyone seen this before?
