Will my Clomid still work?

This was my second cycle taking Clomid 100mg days 5-9. While vacationing in Portugal, I passed kidney stones, which made me super sick and I ended up not taking day 9 of Clomid. Do any of you ladies know if it will still work in terms of ovulating?
