Seizure Meds and Pregnancy

Thank you so much!! ❤❤ Breakthrough seizures are the worst and so disappointing. We were gonna put it on hold but we baby danced once after the hospital and it happened to be on my peak day! So I had some hope. But I agree it's hard to find others on here so we will be in this together :)

I don't have a success story but I wanted to just tell you that you're not alone! I'm currently going through a med change from dilantin (which I've been on for 15 years) to Lamictal due to some break through grand mal seizures. We were TTC before all that happened and now we're kind of on hold until I'm off the dilantin. I'm here if you ever need a shoulder to cry on! There aren't too many epilepsy posts on here so it's always nice to find someone to offer positive words. Stay positive, and I hope the Vipmat is exactly what you need to be healthy and have a healthy baby 😊😊
