I need some helpful answers

I've been TTC for about 6 months now and I've had my period and it normally is very painful but this time it was bearable but my body has also gone through some drastic changes....

my breasts are extremely swollen I have itchy nipplea and I've been very bloated this past 3 to 4 weeks and I'm having mad acne breakout on my shoulders, back and face...like I am soooo irritated with my skin right now...

could I possibly be pregnant or what could be happening to me?
