Could it be?

So I’ve taken enough tests in the past that were negative to know that this one looks different. I’m not supposed to get my period for a couple more days, but last night I had to pee SO often I decided to just try a test. It was late and the one line showed up so I just wrapped it back up and put it in the box. This morning I got sick & thought I would pull the test out just to see.... today it has another faint line! I’m going to take another today and probably for an entire week, but could this be a positive?!
