TMI please help with these reports

Sidra • Mon, Apr 02 • Married, it's been 3 years TTC since October 2016 had miscarriage of 4 months July 2017 and TTC for my rainbow baby 🌠 since September 2017 😔

sorry for tilted pictures. I had my AF on 14 Feb and no AF yet and BFN too spotted for two days on 31st March and 1st April and I gave blood for hormonal tests on Saturday 30th March and reports came today. Please guide me that is it normal report I know I am not pregnant though but the hormones r they normal ???? please help
