Help!!!

So I’m 19 and pregnant with baby number #2 ( I had an iud in but it obviously didn’t work) they even did an ultrasound and I’m 8 weeks pregnant so I’m freaking out, my mother will be understanding she had two kids at 20 but my dad’s side is very judgmental. They cut me off for 3 months with my first pregnancy and I’m so scared to tell about my second ( I’m engaged to the father ) but my dad’s side also doesn’t know I’m engaged. This is a mess and I just want advice and I wanna know how to tell them without stressing myself out and getting sad about it!
