Stomach bug has wiped me out

So I’ve had a tummy bug with v+d since Saturday and today I have only just started being able to keep anything down with the help of anti sickness tablets (which make me really sleepy by the way! On top of the already bad fatigue!) can’t move without feeling nauseous! I feel useless and has completely wiped me out. Plus I have to look after my 21 month old daughter! But husband has been amazing and waited on me when he’s not at work. Hoping I feel better soon!
