Possible ectopic???? Update

I got a BFP on 3/25. Per the app I was 4 weeks and 2 days when I got the BFP.

I went to the ER 3/28 for intense side cramps on my left side. It lasted only 30-45 min and was intermittent but had my squeezing my desk at work when they came on. They were kind of high I feel- belly button level but to the left side.

3/26 I got my blood drawn to confirm pregnancy and my HCg was 378. They ran blood tests at the ER 2 days later and my HCG was 1,040.

They also did a transvaginal ultrasound and saw nothing because I was too early. They said they would only see my Fallopian tubes in the ultrasound if there were fluid in them. They didn’t see my tubes so I take that as good news?

I have a follow up ultrasound tomorrow 4/3 to see if we see a gestational sac. I will be 5 weeks and 4 days.

Has anyone had random sharp pains only occurring once and it not be ectopic? Freaking out.

Update - they found the sac and yolk. No ectopic !! I am measuring 5 weeks 5 days. Next appt April 20
