No heartbeat...my heart is heartbroken 💔
I am 6weeks and 6 days today. I went for my first ultrasound today and the dr could not confirm pregnancy. She said she was worried and wants me to come back in 7 days to try again. I am heartbroken. My husband and I have been trying for 3 years and 7 months. We thought this was it. I feel so sad and can’t understand it. I’m trying to stay positive but it’s very hard. 😢💔
