Paleo / Keto/ Low Carb High Fat Mamas?
Any November ‘18 mama sticking to their nutrition lifestyles during their pregnancies? I have been following this way of eating for over 5 years, and I don’t see this as a time to stop feeling good!
Would love to hear from other mamas in this group who want to talk about food and growing babies with plenty of good fats :)
