Baby eczema?

My sons 11 months old and gets these rashes (not sure what it’s called) 
It’s hard and crusty, not pimple like, not sure if it’s an allergic reaction or what. We use dreft detergent and he’s never had an issue with it.. and we haven’t given him any new foods
He randomly gets it and goes away within a couple hours-days with cortisone

The spots kinda look like my LOs. He has Eczama flare ups but never seen them in a line like that. We use 1% hydrocortisone 2 times a day no more than 2 weeks at a time. Usually only takes a few days to clear up and I stop using it until it comes back. Hydrocortisone gets into the system and can mess with their development  I think she said.

I can’t quite tell if it looks similar to my son’s eczema outbreaks but our doctor recommends 1% hydrocortisone twice daily. Eczema tends to flare up when the seasons change. Just keep using the cream and next time your at the doctor show them a picture of his rash if the outbreak has cleared.
