My boyfriend and I have been together for 9 years. We also have a 1 year old boy together. The past couple of years he has been wanting to be a father. I finally gave in 2016 & got pregnant.

I’m 27 & he’s 30.

Today is our 9 year anniversary.

I’ve been having some thoughts on leaving him now. I want to get married, but he doesn’t. He says the reason he doesn’t want to marry me is because I don’t have a career job. I thought marriage was about love & commitment. I’ve been feeling unhappy with our relationship & feel like leaving him now. I just don’t want to wait on something that’s never going to happen. :(
