Well I was told if I don't have my period by next month test. I got the nexplanon removed and she said it only takes 48hrs to leave system

It can take a few months for your body to regulate itself after birth control has been stopped just wait it out and see what happens

Probably not. The symptoms could just be from your hormones regulating back to normal.
