Ovulation question!

A few hours ago, I took some ovulation tests that I’m pretty sure were positive, (posted them on a poll and most people agree) and now I’d say it is for sure positive. Does a couple hours difference mean you’ve released your egg? I know it can happen within 24-48 hours, but can you miss your window by just a couple hours?

We did the BD last night, but if we do it tonight also is that good enough? Or should we wait every other night and do it tomorrow night?
