Long cycles after birth control?

I was on the pill for about 5 years, I had a miscarriage on the pill and was off for about 3 months while I was pregnant and during the miscarriage. Now, I’ve been off for two months and am actively TTC and I’m finding that my cycles are extremely long. Last month I didn’t ovulate until cd 21 and this month I’m on cd 27 and just now ovulating. I was always super regular before birth control and had a strict 28-30 day cycle. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, did it straighten itself out after a few months?
