did I miss my surge on the day I forgot to test?

I’ve been ttc since Oct 26 of 2017. We just started using ovulation tests in Jan on the 31st which was the day I got my positive test, also March 2nd I got my positive I’ve tested all week up to today which is the 2nd (I got a neg) I forgot to test on the 28th though do you think my positive was on the 28th since I haven’t got it yet??
