Why discourage the little girl to stop writing her name in cursive just because they’ve stopped teaching it in some schools? Her name is clearly legible. She obviously is proud of herself for knowing cursive and likes to write it that way. What would you do if your child’s paper came home with this on it? Do you think the teacher is being too harsh?
