Glucose Test Timeframe

I took my one hour test on March 8th and the doctors nurse called either March 12 or 13 with results saying my levels were a little high and advised I need to do 3 hour. I declined test with them because I decided to switch doctors. Saw new doctor on March 26th who stated my levels were high and either do 3 hr or decline and just state yes on GD. I was supposed to go in last week any day to do 3 hr but was not able to go in until today(I failed btw). I am now 32w2d. Does the time between the two tests affect the baby at all ? I am being referred to two different doctors hopefully soon for info on next steps.
