Any good recommended nipple creams. It's so painful my baby boy is 4 days old .

They say breast milk is actually better than nipple creams. I personally liked the medala cream

Breast milk!! Express some & let it air dry. I tried lanolin and I swear it made my nipples worse, the more I used it the more cracked and sore my nipples got. My lactation consultant said to stop using it and use breastmilk, so I did and literally the next day my nipples felt soooo much better.

Lanolin. Medela has a good one. Check his latch, if you are sore already, it could be a sign of poor latch! I have to help one of my twins by pushing her chin a bit down when she latches. If she just get the nipple in her mouth, it hurts like hell...!

I healed pretty quick when I stopped wearing bras & just started wearing my husbands t-shirts.  Just rub some milk on then & let them air dry.

Also, make absolutely sure you're using the correct size of pump funnel & of nipple shield.  If either one causes the nipple to rub the sides, get a size up - even if you need different sizes for each breast.
