Any bipolar women on meds TTC or pregnant?

I have bipolar, depression, anxiety and PTSD. I've not been medicated and planned to stay that way while TTC. But my PCP wants me back on the meds. are there any other women in the same boat? Did you stay on the meds while pregnant? Did you have an issue TTC on them? please, any advise will be awesome.

I take an antidepressant for an autoimmune condition. My fertility doctor said it’s one that’s perfectly safe to take while ttc and pregnant. Have you talked with your doctor about meds that might be safe or at least safer while ttc?

I stayed on meds while ttc and now while I am pregnant and I actually had to increase my dose. I am bipolar
