What would you say your biggest fear is/was while pregnant, during labor/delivery and after baby is here ?

I would say as a FTM my biggest fear during pregnancy would be missing out on signs and symptoms that could affect baby in a negative way. (Cramping, lack of movement, etc)

Labor and delivery - Just anything that could go wrong. Not being able to complete a vaginal delivery, not hearing baby cry after delivery.

After baby is born - EVERYTHING Lol from not knowing if she is too hot / cold, eating enough. Is she hooked up in the stroller correctly ?
