Feeling dizzy

Hi did any of you had early symptoms? I think I'm getting crazy but since Wednesday I've been feeling dizzy ,like really dizzy I was working today and everything spinned around me. Beside that,I cooked yesterday and the food was awful ,that never happened to me. I tested today but showed negative and I just ovulated either Monday or Tuesday . What do you think it is?
