please help me!
So I have self harm scars. I’ve been hiding them by only wearing long sleeves, but summer is coming and then it’ll be too hot for sweaters. Not only that, but I’ll be in Marching band and have to wear short sleeves for the practices. Makeup doesn’t work because the ridges still make shadows and are visible. Does anyone have ideas how to hide my scars?
