Anyone try milky mama or legandairy products?

Anyone try milky mama lactation brownies/cookies?? Or legendairy supplements? I ordered milky mama emergency brownies cause my supply dipped big time but just curious if anyone has tried either one with any feed back because it's hard to trust reviews on websites these days

I use legendairy milk supplements and they work. You may want to get their best seller three pack to start and you take one supplement at a time for 7-10 days to see if it works for you. I ended up getting that and then cash cow along with their sunflower lecithin to help ward off plugged ducts - cash cow seems to work for me, but everyone is different.
Yes, emptying breast and frequent feedings and pumping help too, but sometimes we need a little extra help. 
Stay hydrated (I drink alkaline water through a home delivery service) and make sure you are eating around 1800-2200 calories a day (customize it for you, but that is a good starting point during breastfeeding).

I have the emergency brownies in the freezer.  I ordered brownies, cookies and the salted caramel cookies.  I really liked the brownies and my supply came up maybe 2-3 oz a day.  around the same time my mom also made me lactation cookies.  between the two I was sooooooo constipated and so was my 2 yr old.   it was terrible.  I have maintained making the same amount of milk (12 oz while at work plus two feedings) which is exactly what my lo eats since.  I can't say they really worked for me but I am keeping the emergency brownies on hand just in case it did.  as I am having surgery and I won't be able to breastfeed so I will have to pump for 24 hours after

I have ordered from Milky Mama. I did the brownies. It’s kinda expensive if you follow their recommendation of two treats and one drink per day. 
I found a recipe and started making my own brownies.
