Taking Vitex, Spearmint Tea, and Metformin?

Is this allowed when taking Metformin? I heard so much great things about Vitex and spearmint tea! Just nervous if it will mess with my Metformin?? Help!!

I would definitely talk to your doctor about this. Vitex is a really strong herb and could possibly interfere with your merformin. Vitex alone could mess up your cycle if you’re not taking it because of low progesterone.
