Should I worry?

At work today while receiving truck a heavy box coming down rollers on being pushed by heavier boxes slammed right into my lower stomach. The blow was hard enough to where I was hunched over in pain. Shortly after I started cramping, also slight back pain and felt like something was leaking out of me. I went to restroom to check and it was just clear fluid. I'm ttc & it's still too ealry to test for me. Should I worry? If I by chance am pregnant will that affect me in anyway?
