Drinking water?

Ladies I feel guilty I don't drink near as much water as I should I think it tastes nasty all of a sudden. I'm living off caprisun. Is anyone else like this?

I hear ya! Try your best to stay away from Capri Suns, though. They are pure sugar and really bad for ya!

I try to drink around 4 cups of water a day or you can chew on  some ice cubes throughout the day that will work also.

There are flavor packets from Crystal Light and Camelback (like the water bottle) that are sweetened with stevia, that's what I use when I get tired of plain water.

I'm having a really hard time with this too and feel so guilty. I add crystal light. The doctor told me he would rather it be plain water but that crystal light is okay as long as I'm drinking. The lemonade one is my favorite! Helps the nausea

I hear you on the taste. Just power through and try to drink sips throughout the day. It's not any help now, but with my first I was so amazed the day after he was born that everything finally tasted SO GOOD again. Thank goodness for breastfeeding because I was downing everything I could get my hands on. And the giant water cup from the hospital followed me around for weeks. I'm already looking forward to that thing!

With my second I was a water junkie and now unless I'm taking meds or working out, I barely drink it 😁

Add some mio or crystal light to it...or if you're like me, all I want is ice! Water is so important for you and he baby. I had to get IV fluids lots with my last pregnancy and ended up delivering at 35 weeks due to dehydration.

Yikes definitely try to kick the capris sun habit! so much sugar. Maybe make yourself alternate glasses of water with everything else you drink?

You can add sliced cucumbers, lemons, and oranges to your water. And if you are wanting something a little sweet or feeling a little dehydrated drink some coconut water with no added sugar. And if you're feeling nauseous ginger Kumbutcha is great!
